Terms and conditions

General conditions Rates per program, based on double occupancy for stays from October 1st to October 31st, 2024. Rates in American Dollars (USD) do not include VAT and are free of taxes by Decree Law 825 Art 12, for foreigners only, non-residents in Chile, paying in American Dollars (USD), and presenting passport and immigration slip upon check-in. Subject to availability, limited capacity with a maximum of 100 nights. Check-in: 3:00 pm. Check-out: 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and have an additional charge. The Singular Santiago is a non-smoking hotel throughout its facilities, in accordance with Law 20,660. In case of non-compliance, a fine of USD $500 applies. The Singular Santiago does not have its own parking on its premises. Program conditions Program available for stays from Wednesday to Saturday. Includes one brunch per person and must be consumed at The Rooftop Bar exclusively from Thursday to Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Program does not include breakfast. Use of facilities at The Singular Wellness Spa include dry sauna, wet sauna and relaxation room with water station, which may be used upon reservation, during operating hours. Massages and treatments have an additional cost and are subject to availability. They must be reserved and coordinated by email to spasantiago@thesingular.com. Booking conditions All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. All reservations are prepaid and 100% payment is required up to 10 days prior to arrival at the hotel. Modification and/or cancellation policies: Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 48 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel will not incur a penalty. Cancellations and/or modifications made within 48 hours of arrival at the hotel will incur a penalty of 100% of the total stay. No Show involves a penalty equivalent to the cost of 1 night plus taxes.
