Chilean Chef Hernán Basso, 44, born in the Port of Valparaiso, has spent most of his life pursuing gastronomic excellence and food safety. Influenced by his father’s love for the Pacific Ocean’s treasures and countryside products, Basso developed a passion for cooking from a young age.
