Trekking to mount Dorotea lookout
Half day – Advanced
We will leave the hotel heading towards Mount Dorotea, where we will begin our trek, climbing through the beautiful landscape in this area and we will explore thickets where the Shepherd’s Needles (Romerillo) and the Magellan Barberry (Calafate) are prevalent. As we climb we will pass Ñirre and Lenga trees and other plant species. We will reach Last Hope Lookout, at an elevation of 600 meters above sea level, around midday and from there enjoy a panoramic view of the city of Puerto Natales. If luck is on our side, we will also have the privilege of seeing condors flying above us.
